PRESTONSBURG BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES OFFICIAL ARTIST LINE UP

Blue Moon Mountain Bluegrass Festival Releases Official Line-Up for the 5 Day Festival and the Addition of DSACK to List of Non-Profit Organizations that will Receive Donations from Concert to be held July 27th-31st

 

 

PRESTONSBURG, KY(Monday, July 11, 2011)

The Blue Moon Mountain Bluegrass Festival released the official line-up for the 5 day event, adding Chris Knight to the already impressive roster of artists.  The Down Syndrome Association of Central Kentucky will join the list of local non-profit organizations receiving five percent of all tickets sales that will be evenly distributed amongst the charities.  The Pikeville College Booth Scholar Program will also receive a percentage of the profits from the Miller/Coors Beer

Garden sales.  An inflatable waterslide and obstacle course will be available for the kids at the event to be held July 27-31, 2011 at the Prestonsburg Equine Center at Stonecrest.

Down Syndrome Association of Central Kentucky

DSACK is a non-profit volunteer organization comprised of families and professionals who are interested in bettering the lives of people with Down syndrome, and helping them to realize their life aspirations. DSACK’s ultimate goal is to provide support, resources, and opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome and their

families.  DSACK celebrates that ALL people are beautiful, capable, and loved!

 

Blue Moon Mountain Bluegrass Festival

The Blue Moon Mountain Bluegrass Festival is a five-day music festival that will be held July 27th-31st at the Prestonburg Equine Center at Stonecrest in Prestonburg, KY.  In its’ inception year, The Blue Moon Mountain Bluegrass Festival will captivate the audience with an artist lineup that includes J.D. Crowe, Joe Diffie, Dailey & Vincent and many more famous names from the country/bluegrass industry.  This festival will prove to be your family’s new tradition with delicious food, corn hole and horse shoe tournaments.
