Elizabeth, IN (April 20, 2011) – Due to the rising Ohio river, the hotel at Horseshoe Southern Indiana will temporarily close at 8:00 pm on Wednesday April 20, 2011. We are closely monitoring the river conditions and will notify the public as soon as we are able to reopen the hotel. 

 The casino, pavilion and restaurants remain open to the public.

 The safety and security of our employees and customers is paramount and we are taking all necessary steps in that regard.
